New Report: “Joint Solution Model” Now Available!

We are pleased to share our latest report, “Digitalisation and Presenting Art Across Borders: A VR/XR Joint Solution Model”, developed as part of the TAB (Technology, Art & Business) project, co-funded by the Interreg South Baltic Programme.

The report provides a practical guide and framework to support artists, small cultural institutions, local authorities, and creative hubs in presenting immersive art (VR/XR) across borders.

It addresses a key challenge facing the creative sector: How can digital artworks reach international audiences effectively, sustainably, and on a repeatable basis?

What will you find in the report?

- Insights from real-world pilots: Key findings from projects and practical tests carried out in Poland, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and Sweden, including To Get Lost Willingly, FLOWVR, and Hidden Spaces.

-  A four-stage presentation model: A step-by-step approach to bringing digital art to international audiences, from Design for Travel and Co-create to Present and Tour and Sustain Value.

-  The Cross-border XR Hub concept: A collaborative model for sharing equipment, technical resources, partner networks, and funding opportunities.

- Human-centred principles: Guidelines based on the QUADRA-HMI research framework, addressing human agency, artistic intent, accessibility, inclusion, and a reduced carbon footprint.

- A practical toolkit: Checklists and actionable recommendations designed for artists, galleries, museums, and decision-makers.

We invite you to explore the full report and discover how cross-border collaboration can open up new opportunities for immersive art and the creative sector!
