Apply for support to upgrade your Success Story

Within the remaining project budget, the consortium has set aside funds to support a limited number of participants in developing their results further - from pilot to market readiness, international visibility and sustainable business development.

This support is not payment for the story. It finances concrete follow-up activities that build on what has already been achieved.

Indicative eligible activities

• tailored coaching and business development support
• international matchmaking with partners, publishers, distributors or investors
• participation in international industry events, fairs and markets
• market validation and investment-readiness preparation
• expert input, for example in AI, XR, immersive media or virtual production
• cross-border pilot activities, demonstrations and testing
• documentation, user data collection and knowledge sharing
  
  Indicative budget
• Indicative range per case: 1,500 – 4,000 EUR
• The consortium reserves the right to fund an activity in part, or to adjust the scope in dialogue with the applicant.
  
  How the support is provided

Support is normally delivered as costs paid directly by the responsible project partner (for example event registration, travel, expert fees, studio or production costs), or as a contracted service against an agreed deliverable and invoice. Direct cash grants are not part of this call. The exact arrangement is agreed with the responsible partner before any activity starts.

Support to companies may constitute State aid and, where relevant, will be handled under de minimis rules. Applicants may be asked to sign a de minimis declaration.

All activities must be completed and paid within the project eligibility period. Activities must be finalised by 31.08.2026.

Selection criteria

Applications under both parts will be assessed on:

• measurable business impact - concrete, documented results
• contribution to project objectives
• innovation potential
• transferability - can others learn from and reuse this?
• long-term sustainability
• cross-border dimension
  
  The realistic nature of the proposed activities, the timeline, and the proportionality of the requested budget will also be assessed.
