Work Package 3: New Formats for business acceleration with upskill training models

The Work Package 3 (WP3), is focused on Business Acceleration and Support. This critical component of our project aims to foster the growth and development of SMEs in the South Baltic region by facilitating access to digital innovations and collaborative opportunities.

Objective of WP3:
The primary goal of WP3 is to accelerate the business processes of SMEs through enhanced access to digital tools, funding opportunities, and cross-border partnerships. By providing tailored support and resources, we aim to empower businesses to innovate and expand more efficiently and effectively.

Final Outcome:
The ultimate result of WP3 will be a strengthened business environment where SMEs are well-equipped with the knowledge, tools, and networks necessary to thrive in a competitive market. This involves creating a supportive ecosystem that not only boosts individual business growth but also contributes to the economic vitality of the entire region.

Here’s What to Expect:
Throughout WP3, we will:

  • Establish a cross-border expert group to provide coaching and strategic advice to participating SMEs.
  • Develop and implement targeted training and upskilling programs that address the specific needs of businesses in integrating digital technologies.
  • Facilitate networking events that connect SMEs with potential investors, partners, and markets, both locally and internationally.

    End Product: By the conclusion of WP3, we expect to have a robust framework in place that supports continuous business development and innovation among SMEs. This framework will include effective training programs, a supportive network of experts and advisors, and enhanced access to technological and financial resources.
