Call for Experts: Join the TAB Cross-Border Expert Group

We seek experts in gaming, music, movie making, and emerging technologies to form a Cross-Sectoral and Cross-Border Expert Group for the TAB project. This group will play a key role in T.A.B’s mission to strengthen SMEs in the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI).

The group’s mission will be to support through industry knowledge and expertise, providing insights into the development of solutions supporting SMEs in CCI. The goal is to leverage digital innovation to enhance creative output, create cross-border collaboration and new business models.

As an expert, you will support some of the most passionate, creative individuals—representatives of SMEs who are driven to explore cross-border business opportunities in the South Baltic Sea region. You will also gain excellent networking opportunities across Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, and Germany, allowing you to expand your international network while contributing to this impactful project.

About the TAB Project:

The Tech, Art & Business (TAB) project, co-funded by the European Union's Interreg South Baltic program, is a platform designed to accelerate digital innovation in sectors like film, media, gaming, and other creative industries. TAB explores emerging technologies, such as VR, AI, XR, and innovative business models, to support the digital transformation of SMEs.

Twice a year, the TAB project team organizes upskilling courses that focus on developing both soft and hard skills, incorporating a creative sprint as an element of experiential learning. The expert group will have the opportunity to provide advice to the TAB team on which skills to highlight in these courses and suggest external speakers and project briefs. The first sprint was organized in Cannes in the spring of 2024, and upcoming sprints will take place in Karlskrona (autumn 2024), Vilnius (spring 2025), Berlin (autumn 2025), and Copenhagen (spring 2026).

The experts will be encouraged to be on-site during these upskilling courses, and TAB will cover travel and accommodation expenses in the hosting countries.

Why Join Us?

  • Support passionate and creative entrepreneurs as they expand their businesses across borders.
  • Benefit from excellent networking opportunities in Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, and Germany.
  • Participate in upskilling courses that combine hard and soft skill development with creative sprints.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses for participation in on-site events will be covered by the TAB project.
  • You will be the preferred choice to engage in our activities as guest lecturer and expert

  • International Perspective: Experts must be based in one of the 5 TAB partner countries (Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, or Germany) and bring diverse viewpoints to the acceleration process.
  • Cross-Sectoral Team: We are forming a multidisciplinary expert group, combining knowledge from different sectors to provide holistic support to SMEs.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to selected SMEs as they undergo the         acceleration process.
